Last updated October 21, 2026
This policy explains what 41 Legacy LLC collects through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, company, email, phone and anything you write in a form.
- Business information you give us: revenue range, who keeps your books, what is most pressing, your transition horizon, and your answers to the owner check or advisor check, with the resulting scores.
- Consent records: whether you agreed to receive emails or text messages, when, on which page and the exact wording you agreed to.
- How you found us: the page you landed on, the referring site, and campaign tags in the link you followed. This is held in your browser session and sent with any form you submit.
- Booking details: when you schedule through our calendar, the scheduling service collects the details you enter and shares them with us.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and hold conversations, send you your results, decide whether and how we can help, provide services if you engage us, send emails or texts you agreed to, improve the site, keep records required by law, and protect the site from misuse.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send texts about your inquiry, appointments, results and occasional updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Details are in our SMS Terms.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described below, except with the providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run our systems under contract: our customer relationship and scheduling platform, website hosting and security, email and text delivery, and video meeting software.
- Delivery partners that perform bookkeeping and controller work for clients who engage us, under confidentiality obligations. Some partners may be located outside the United States.
- Advisors you introduce, such as your CPA, attorney or wealth advisor, only with your permission.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, property or safety.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use advertising cookies. It uses session storage in your browser to remember how you arrived and your starting-point answers during a visit. Embedded calendars and fonts are served by third parties that may set their own cookies under their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and check information for as long as it is useful for the relationship, and consent records for as long as needed to show compliance. Client records are kept as required by our engagement agreements and applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
